Call Centre
Over the Christmas and New Year period, our call centre operating hours will vary. Starting from Friday 22 December our call centre hours will be:
- Friday 22 December, 8am to 5pm
- Saturday 23 December – closed
- Sunday 24 December – closed
- Monday 25 December – closed (public holiday)
- Tuesday 26 December – closed (public holiday)
- Wednesday 27 December, 8am to 5pm
- Thursday 28 December, 8am to 5pm
- Friday 29 December, 8am to 5pm
- Saturday 30 December – closed
- Sunday 31 December – closed
- Monday 1 January – closed (public holiday)
We'll reopen on Tuesday 2 January with our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Branches
Over the Christmas and New Year break, HCF branches across Australia will be closed from 24 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, and will reopen on 2 January 2024.
The following branches will remain open for select days during this period:
- Chadstone, Vic (open 27 to 29 December)
- Chatswood, NSW (open 27 to 29 December)
- Liverpool, NSW (open 27 to 29 December)
Call your local branch ahead to confirm opening hours.
Dental Centres
Over the Christmas and New Year break, the following HCF Dental Centres will be closed from Saturday 23 December 2023 and will reopen on 2 January 2024:
- Melbourne, Vic
- Chermside, Qld
- Blacktown, NSW
- Bondi, NSW
- Brookvale, NSW
- Castle Hill, NSW
- Hornsby, NSW
- Miranda, NSW
- Sydney, NSW
The following Dental Centres will be closed from Saturday 23 December 2023 and will reopen on 8 January 2024:
- Belconnen, ACT
- Burwood, NSW
- Campbelltown, NSW
- Penrith, NSW
During this time, the following Dental Centres will be closed on the public holidays, and will remain open over the Christmas and New Year period for routine and emergency work:
- Chatswood, NSW
- Hurstville, NSW
- Parramatta, NSW
On 23 December, our Chatswood centre will be open from 8am to 2pm.
Eyecare Centres
Over the Christmas and New Year break, all HCF Eyecare Centres will be closed on all public holidays (25 and 26 December and 1 January).
Our Eyecare Centres will reopen with our standard business hours from Tuesday 2 January.
